After downloading the app:1.
Plug the Smart Peak Flow device into the headphone socket of your mobile device.
You can use a 4 point extension cord if you find that more convenient.
2.
The device will need to get light through the window on the top.
Make sure you are in a location with good lighting and don't cover the window with your fingers.
3.
Inhale and much as you can, wrap your lips around the entire blow tube and exhale into the device as strong and as fast as you can.
Repeat 3 times.
